Pasam Agrumi is one of the largest producer organizations in the Syracuse area for the cultivation and marketing of Syracuse PGI Lemon, a flagship product of Sicilian agriculture.
Our experience, the quality of our lemons and the efficiency of our services have led the Italian market and the main European markets to prefer the ‘Femminello Siracusano’ cultivar, which P.A.S.A.M. has grown with unwavering passion since 1982.

Since 2005 a 500 kW photovoltaic system has powered the processing center. In 2026 we began upgrading it with battery storage. Many of our member farms also use photovoltaic systems.

Femminello Siracusano blooms three times a year. We follow every stage, from the field to selection, respecting the timing, quality and identity of the territory.
Three flowerings, one origin
Every season has its lemon.
From the field to shipment in just a few hours.
We use corrugated-cardboard boxes, reusable plastic crates with folding sides and Girsac nets. The product can be supplied layered or loose, with special and customized packaging.
Our internal traceability system identifies the exact origin of each fruit. PASAM lemons contain no fungicides, waxes or synthetic products.
