The character of the flowering.
At first it is light green, gradually fading until it becomes uniformly yellow. It is elliptical, with a smooth peel rich in essential oils that are highly valued by the fragrance and cosmetics industries. The juice is citron yellow, with a yield of at least 34% and acidity of at least 6%.
